INFO:

Teams are a key part of the LONG AQUA and make for perfect way for a swimmer to buddy up with a runner. Plenty of age groups, and a great way for a swimmer and runner to team up!

Team swimmers wear the velcro time chip, and exit swim to a 'TEAM CHANGE' located about 30m from shore to where you runner is waiting in enclosed section marked 'TEAM CHANGE'. The velcro time band is your relay baton, swimmer and runner swap this (easiest runner takes off swimmer), places on left ankle and proceed out main exit for7k run.
