RESULTS PLEASE NOTE:
1. Results are provisional and final will be determined within 14 days of the event.
2. If you have a dispute of the result we ask that you communicate the issue via EMAIL as we will work with our technical timing crew on the matter.
3. If the dispute is verified and affects age position that results in an age award. The appropriate medallion/prize will be sent to you directly within 21 days of verification.
4. If your time is NOT visible at the official results - do not panic, in most circumstances apart from a lost chip your time can be found within the system and correct. The issue may be due to in correct wave start, in correct name on the time chip and a near 100% accuracy ensures most times will be found.
5. LOST CHIPS - if your velcro was lost in the swim, the event referee recorded your time in most circumstances and whilst we cannot guarantee, but will endeavour to ensure your result is confirmed.
6. Individual awards will occur on the day, with Teams mailed out within 21 days post event.
7. Not a Presentation? Individual medallions and awards post event day will be mailed or a collection organised locally if possible. A $5-10 postage fee will apply.
