The Australia Day Illawarra Aquathon is an amazing community fitness event that has grown to become Australia's largest Aquathon and Illawarra's premier community fitness event.
From humble beginnings this special event now attracts over 1500 participants, and thousands of spectators, wide media attention and draws crowds from within the Illawarra to international visitors. The atmosphere is amazing, and it captures the essence of fun, fitness, family, healthy competition, achievement, and not to mention our valued contribution to charities and non for profits. In 2009 alone over $15,000 was raised for charities, and we hope to surpass this in 2010.
