Wollongong Harbour is located central to the City, and approximately
500m east of City of centre. It is within walking distance to all major
accommodation locations, and host café’s in and around harbour and north
beach.
Travel is via F6 from Sydney, approximately 85km south of CBD, and less
than an hours drive from west Sydney, South Coast and Southern
Highlands. Rail stations at Wollongong Central (~ 1.5km from harbour),
or North Wollongong (~ 1km from harhour) offer convenient and easily
accessible options.
On day ample parking is located within 200-1000m of Wollongong harbour
(as main foreshore road is closed to traffic). Directions will be
provided by traffic management crew.

Australia Day Festivities – Party on!
Wollongong harbour is the host of huge Australia Day festivities with
street fair, stalls, beverage and food vendors, concerts, parade, kids
rides, and much more, concluding in evening fireworks over the harbour.
It is one of NSW largest regional festivals and fun for all the family.
