SHORT AQUA

The most popular distance, the Short Aqua offers a fun achievable challenge.

Starts with a one lap 400m swim in Wollongong harbour, followed by a flat 3km (1.5k out and back) run along the picture perfect blue-mile to the lagoon restaurant and back. Ages 12years and up, solo or tag team with a friend.

Take it on for fun, or race hard.
