COVID-19 Policy

Should the event be postponed due to health directives, my registration will be automatically transferred to the re-scheduled within and up to 12 months of the event date where the following refund policy will apply:

I will be entitled to a full refund of my registration fees less any online booking or credit card fees, if I request this in writing inside the timeframe given when being notified of the postponement. Should I not request a refund during this period my registration will automatically transfer to the new event date and my entry will revert back to being governed by the normal refund policy (see Cancellations by You above).

If you exhibit COVID like symptoms in race week, please stay home.  We will happily organise a transfer to another event within the current season provided you have a medical certificate stating you are displaying COVID like symptoms and have presented for a COVID test / awaiting results. This applies to parents with children U18.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as payment or some other method as Activate Events deems appropriate.

Trust us when we say we love putting on these events almost as much as you all love doing them, so we will always try our very hardest to deliver them. If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s how much our events mean to people, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
